ELDORADO Inaugurates ‘ELDLab,’ a New Unit for R&D&I Projects in Manaus

The new laboratory of Instituto de Pesquisas ELDORADO in Manaus, the capital of Amazonas, is set to open in June 2024, offering a complete and modern infrastructure in the northern region of Brazil.

ELDLab begins its operations in Amazonas with the goal of supporting partners within the ecosystem of the Manaus Industrial Hub (PIM) and advancing Research, Development, and Innovation (R&D&I) projects in the fields of Hardware, Semiconductors, and Microelectronics.

Funded by the Informatics Law, the laboratory provides technological infrastructure to support research and development. It conducts mechanical, climatic, electrical, metallographic, and X-ray testing for various industrial sectors. The new unit will also promote technical training for professionals in the region, strengthening essential competencies for the state’s development.
