with the privacy and protection of personal data, in addition to establishing and informing, with transparency and clarity, the rules for the treatment of your data collected from this institutional website (“Nosso Ambiente”“Our Environment” – http://www.eldorado.org.br).

We undertake not to commercialize any data elements, products or by-products that originate or are created from the treatment of the data obtained in Our Environment.

4. HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR DATA?

Initially, it is very important that you protect your data, so keep your usernames and passwords confidential.

Also, be aware that we will never send electronic messages asking for confirmation of data or with attachments that can be executed (extensions: .exe, .com, among others) or links to any downloads.

To optimize and improve our communication, when we send an email to you we can receive a notification when it is opened, as long as this possibility is available. Still regarding our communication, it is important that you know that our e-mails are sent only through the domain: @ eldorado.org.br.

With regard to our care, we have adopted practices in line with market technical and regulatory standards for data security and privacy, with comprehensive actions in technology and in organizational processes.

We inform that the personal data collected from Nosso Ambiente are accessed only by duly authorized professionals, respecting the principles of proportionality, necessity and relevance to the objectives of our business, in addition to the commitment to confidentiality and preservation of your privacy under the terms of this Policy. Those who misuse the collected personal data, in violation of this Policy, will be subject to the penalties provided for in our disciplinary proceedings, without prejudice to the adoption of legal measures, when applicable. 

Be aware, because when using Our Environment, you can be taken, via link to other portals or platforms outside of Our Environment, which will be able to collect your information and have their own Privacy Policies. In such cases, it is up to you to read such policies, and it is your responsibility to accept or reject them. We are not responsible for the privacy and data processing policies of third parties or for the content of any websites or services linked to environments other than Our Environment.

We have business partners who, eventually, can offer services through features or websites that can be accessed from Our Environment. The data provided by you to these partners will be the responsibility of these, thus being subject to their own rules of collection and use.

If outsourced companies process, on our behalf, the processing of personal data obtained in Our Environment, these companies will have to respect the conditions stipulated here and the information security rules, mandatorily.

 

5. HOW DO WE STORE YOUR DATA?

We store the data obtained in Our Environment while the user’s registration is active and for the period necessary for the execution of the purposes informed in topic “1” of this Policy.

We may retain your personal data after receiving the request to delete your account or after performing the purposes if necessary for audit purposes, to comply with legal obligations, to resolve disputes, to maintain security, to prevent fraud and abuse and to ensure compliance with contracts.

The data collected in Our Environment will be stored on our servers located in Brazil, as well as in an environment of use of resources or servers in the cloud (cloud computing ), which may require a transfer and / or processing of this Data outside of Brazil.

After the term and the legal need, Personal Data will be deleted using secure disposal methods, or used anonymously for statistical purposes.

 

6. WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS? 

You have a series of rights over your personal data collected through Our Environment, and we will provide mechanisms for you to understand clearly and transparently how you can exercise such rights.

(i) Access to data: You can request, at any time, confirmation of the treatment of your personal data through Our Environment, as well as request the display of the data we have about you.

(ii) Correction and updating of data: If you identify that your personal data need corrections or if they are incomplete, inaccurate or out of date, you can, if there is no possibility to do it directly in Our Environment, forward a request to our service channel through the e-mail :privacidade@eldoradoorgbr.wpcomstaging.com. Remember that you may have to prove, even by means of a document, the veracity of this data.

(iii) Revocation of consent: You may request to revoke the consent given for the treatment of your personal information. However, such revocation may cause the impossibility of using / accessing our services or features of Our Environment. It is important that you are aware that the revocation of your consent does not mean that your personal data will be immediately deleted, in view of the possibility of authorized storage of the data for the purposes set out in the applicable law.

8. FINAL PROVISIONS

In the event of updates to Our Environment that require a new collection of consent, you will be notified by the means of contact you inform.

You acknowledge that all communication carried out by e-mail, application, SMS or any other digital form, is valid, effective and sufficient for the dissemination of any information that refers to the services we provide, your data or any other matter addressed in the notification, with the exception only what this Policy provides for as such.

This Policy will be interpreted in accordance with Brazilian law, in the Portuguese language, and the jurisdiction of your domicile will be chosen to settle any dispute involving this document, unless specific personal, territorial, or functional jurisdiction is reserved by the applicable law.

If any point of this Policy is considered unenforceable by the Data Protection Authority or the courts, the other conditions will remain in full force and effect.

If you do not have a domicile in Brazil, be aware that, when using the features of Our Environment, you will be subject to Brazilian law, therefore agreeing that, in the event of a dispute to be resolved, the action must be filed at the District Court of Campinas, SP.
